Aiwa Education Consultancy is Nepal-based education consultancy, centrally located at the heart of the city Mahendrapool, Pokhara. We provide counseling and visa acquisition services to students who wish to study in Japan.

Working Plan

Our Working Process

Consultation and Assessment

Reviewing the applicant’s document for requirements, inquiring with Japanese language schools, discussion with the applicant about their needs.

Application and Admission Support

Schedule interview with suitable Japanese language school, co-ordinate with the school to prepare and examine necessary documents for admission and at the Immigration Bureau for COE.

03

Visa and Immigration Support

After receiving COE, co-ordinate with the applicant for necessary payments to be made, book appointment for visa and coach them for possible interview at the Embassy.

04

Pre-Departure Orientation and Support

Conduct an orientation to guide for things-to-do before the flight. Support after landing for reaching Japanese language school. Support in accomodation and any potential issues that may arise after.
